They repaint exteriors and interiors, refinish kitchen cabinets, patch drywall, remove popcorn ceilings and pressure wash, and they paint offices, retail units, storefronts and warehouses.
Housing here runs from older stock on the south and near east sides to newer subdivisions on the north side, and the two do not need the same job. An older house usually means more prep: scraping, patching and priming before the first coat. A newer one is mostly color, trim and clean lines.
