Living rooms and open plan: We plan the order across the whole open space, ceiling first, then walls, then trim, so the line of sight from living room to kitchen reads as one finish, and two story foyers get the same care.

How an interior job runs, from walk-through to clean-up

Walk the rooms and talk color
Jesse or Isaac walks each room with you, notes what needs repair, and gives you a free estimate. If color is the hard part, this is where they help you choose it.
Cover and prep
Floors and furniture are covered before any paint is opened. Holes and cracks are patched, rough spots are sanded, and bigger damage goes to our sheetrock and repairs work.
Cut in by hand, then paint
Edges, corners, ceiling lines and trim are cut in by hand with a brush. Ceilings and walls follow, and trim comes last, so every coat meets a clean line.
Clean up and walk through
The covers come up and the work area is cleaned. You walk the rooms with Jesse or Isaac, and if something is not right, they come back and make it right.

Boerne comes first for us. It sits in Kendall County, and its homes run from older limestone and stucco in town to newer Hill Country builds out along I-10. Floors and furniture are covered in place before any paint is opened. How much gets moved depends on the room, so ask at the estimate: Jesse or Isaac will tell you what they will move, what you should clear first, and what stays covered. Taking pictures, mirrors and small breakables off the walls beforehand always helps.

What paint and finishes do you use inside the house?

We paint with BEHR, and you choose the colors and the finish with Jesse and Isaac. Walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets are different surfaces, so each gets the finish that suits it, and kitchens and bathrooms call for different finishes than bedrooms. If you are torn between two colors, ask them. Helping you choose is part of the job.

Do you paint homes in Boerne, or only in San Antonio?

Both. We paint inside homes in Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Grey Forest, Timberwood Park, Shavano Park, Scenic Oaks, Bulverde, New Braunfels, San Antonio and Alamo Heights, and we have worked in San Antonio since 1982. If your street is not on that list, ask anyway.
